这是我在其他的blog找到非常建康的Healthy Oatmeal Cookies。
无糖,橄榄油代替了牛油,
全部都采用营养丰富的食材。
但是,不用牛油的Cookies,通常都不酥脆,有点吃面包的口感。
朋友建议我放进冰箱里就会脆些。
如果你注重的是建康,这绝对是你最佳选择。
而我从来没有罪恶感的一个结着一个把它吞下去。。。
Oatmeal Cookies
Tips : Measure olive oil first, follow by honey, to prevent honey stick to the measuaring cup.
Ingredients
A. Dry ingredient
1cup flour
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp ground nutmeg
B. Wet ingredient
1/2cup honey
1/2cup olive oil
1tbsp molasses
1 egg (beat with 1tbsp water)
1tsp vanilla
C. Optional ingredient
1 1/2cup rolled oats
1/2cup raisin or cranberries
1/2cup toasted chop walnuts
1/3cup pumpkin seeds
Method
Preheat oven 180c
Mix all ingredient A. into a bowl.
Mix all ingredient B. into a separate bowl.
Stir 1/2 of mixture A into mixture B,
and then finished all the remaining,
stir until thoroughtly combined.
Combined all ingredient C into the A. and B. mixtures.
Place 1teaspoon of mixture onto the baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for abot 15 minutes or until brown.
