Brownie
3月26日是Penang for Japan Disaster Relief Charity Drive。
虽然 我的贡献实在微不足道,但也是我小小的心意。
这天我就烘brownie 把它捐出去。。。
这是我摘用Michael Smith 的brownie食谱, 做法很简单,
而且做了好几次,非常熟悉。
Brownie
Tips : Toss butter and chocolate into a small bowl set over a small pot of simmering water.
This will keep chocolate from burning.
Tips: Grease baking pan and sprinkle with a bit of flour, for easy separating the cake and baking pan.
Ingredient
340g dark chocolate or bittersweet dark chocolate
226g butter
1 1/2cup plain flour
a pinch of salt
1tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1cup sugar (I put 1/2 cup)
1tsp vanilla
1cup chopped walnuts
Method
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
Whisk the flour,salt,baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs,sugar and vanilla,
then stir into the chocolate mixture.
Lastly stir in the dry ingredients and walnuts.
Pour batter into 8" by 12" baking pan or paper cases.
For baking pan bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or no sticky in the needle.
For paper cases, bake for 15 minutes.
